The UK leads the world in the regulation of Cannabidiol (CBD) as a food and dietary supplement. In February 2020 the UK’s Food Standards Agency (FSA) put in place a new regulatory framework to provide marketing authorisation of CBD as a food product.

Currently over 12,000 products are listed by the FSA as progressing towards validation and authorisation. 

This new webinar will  deep dive into the distinct regulatory approach adopted by the UK and how it has shaped the market for CBD businesses and consumers.
